Some answer to your questions about BBF 2023:
Q: When and where will the Boston Book Festival be this year?
A: The Boston Book Festival takes place in person in the Copley Square neighborhood on Saturday, October 14. Sessions and events will be located in and around Copley Square, including the Boston Public Library, Old South Church, Church of the Covenant, Trinity Church, the Goethe-Institut, the Boston Architectural College, and Room & Board. You can see the map of venues here.
Q: Can I meet the authors and get my book signed?
A: Yes! In most cases, authors will be signing books after their sessions at the bookseller on-site. You can purchase a copy, or bring your own, and ask your favorite author to sign it. Please note that Rick Riordan will not be available to meet but you can purchase autographed copies of his new book.
Q: Will there be any virtual sessions?
A: For this year, all our sessions are live, in-person. There will be no virtual programming. Soon after the Festival, we will post on our website the audio recordings of the sessions.

A: This year we’re welcoming Wellesley Books, Belmont Books, Harvard Book Store, Porter Square Books, Papercuts JP, Brookline Booksmith, and Trident Booksellers and Cafe.
Q: Will the Copley Square Street Fair return?

We are welcoming over 30 vendors, including literary organizations, publishers, booksellers, resources for writers, kids organizations, and other fun organizations to discover!
