Ondaatje's latest novel, The Cat's Table, reveals in exquisite detail both the trappings of a bygone time and the emotional intensity of childhood. The session will be moderated by Homi Bhabha, the Anne F. Rothenberg Professor of the Humanities and the Director of the Humanities Center at Harvard University. Sponsored by New York Review of Books.
